The Patient Portal allows patients at Highland Family Practice to view test results, request appointments, request medication refills and send/receive messages without waiting on the phone.
If you have a serious or urgent medical issue or concern, please go to an emergency room or call us at 801-272-4111 for advice.
The Patient Portal is available to allow access to the patient or their representative to access medical records. Do not provide your login information to anyone.
The parts of your records at Highland Family Practice (HFP) visible via the Patient Portal are only a portion of your medical records. A complete copy is available through the HFP medical records department.
Test results will be visible in the Patient Portal as soon as they are placed in your chart at HFP and before your provider has time to interpret them.
Please allow 48 hours turnaround time for messages, appointment requests and prescription refill requests to be answered.
The Patient Portal does not allow individual communication with providers and employees at HFP. Messages are routed to your care team, who assigns them to the requested party.
